This website is a marketing microsite operated by an independent authorised channel partner for the purpose of generating customer interest in the residential project referred to as Godrej Samaris. It is not the official website of Godrej Properties Limited or of the project developer, and it is neither operated nor endorsed by them.

All trademarks, project names, logos and images belong to their respective owners and are used on this website solely for identification and marketing purposes. Their use does not imply any ownership, partnership or exclusive arrangement beyond the channel partner engagement.

2. Information is indicative only

The content on this website — including project descriptions, specifications, amenities, layouts, floor plans, master plans, unit sizes, dimensions, pricing, payment plans, timelines and availability — is indicative, provided for general information, and subject to change or withdrawal at the sole discretion of the developer and the competent authorities, without prior notice.

All images, renders, walkthroughs and illustrations are artistic impressions and conceptual representations. They are not to scale and may include furniture, fittings, landscaping, décor and surroundings that do not form part of any offering. Actual constructed product may differ materially from what is depicted.

Prices displayed are starting prices, are exclusive of applicable taxes, statutory charges, registration and stamp duty, and other charges unless expressly stated otherwise, and are subject to revision without notice.

4. RERA disclosure

The project is registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority under registration number RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/1059/791/2026/31 dated 04.05.2026. Details of the registration are available for public inspection at haryanarera.gov.in. Prospective purchasers are advised to verify the registration details and all project disclosures on the Authority’s portal before making any decision.

5. Enquiries and communication

When you submit your details through any form on this website, you consent to be contacted by us and our representatives by telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or other electronic means in relation to your enquiry, and you agree that such contact is initiated at your request notwithstanding any DND, NDNC or NCPR registration you may hold. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete, and that you are legally competent to contract. You must not submit another person’s details without their authorisation.
